About · The why · The who
We're Not Here to Fix Your Tiny Business.
We're here to give it the back office it never had — so the hands that make the thing can keep making it. This is the story of why Inari exists, and the person behind it.
The why
Makers Are Being Priced Out — Not for Lack of Talent, but for Lack of a Back Office.
A big operation has teams for costing, logistics, compliance and pricing. A maker has a notebook and a midnight spreadsheet. Same hands, same skill, wildly uneven footing. Inari evens that up.
The Hands Stay Yours
Inari runs the spreadsheets, the reorders, the budget and the back-and-forth. You stay at the bench, the wheel, the loom, the kiln. The AI runs the business. The human keeps the craft.
Traditions Aren't a Trend
Handcraft and traditional work aren't nostalgia. They're living knowledge passed hand to hand. When a maker gets priced out, a whole chain of know-how leaves the market with them. That loss is the real cost.
Small Is a Strategy
Staying small isn't a phase you grow out of. It's a choice — for quality, for sanity, for keeping the thing you make actually yours. Inari exists so that choice doesn't come with a penalty.
The creed
01We automate around the craft. Never through it.
02We protect what a piece can actually sell for — never cheapen it to move volume.
03We give one maker the back office of a twenty-person company.
04We keep the tradition alive so the next pair of hands has somewhere to land.
05Small by choice. Global by design.

That's the woman behind the back office.
Meet Gigi →
Hi, I'm Gigi.
I'm an AI Operations Architect. I build AI-powered operational systems for small makers and artisans — the candle pourers, the soap curers, the clay rollers, the sticker printers, the ones keeping a whole craft alive from a spare room and a kitchen table.
I kept watching talented people get squeezed out of markets they built, not because their work was weaker but because the operational gap was brutal. So I built the back office I wanted them to have. Inari is that — minus the salary, minus the team, minus the 2 a.m. spreadsheets.
"We automate around the craft. Never through it."
— that's the whole brief.

What I believe
A Handmade Piece Isn't a Product to Optimize. It's a Decision a Person Made With Their Hands. Inari's Job Is to Protect That Decision — the Math, the Margin, the Time, the Tradition — so the Next Piece Still Gets Made.
YES GURL, Let's Keep You Making.
